My favorite ab routine

Most of our New Year's resolutions include getting abs for a perfect summer body, although I would say we should learn to love and cherish our body, there are some healthy routines we can do to feel­­ better with ourselves.

I cannot assure you that this routine will have immediate effects on all of you, since all our bodies are different. What I do hope is that it makes some of you happy and makes you feel healthier. It is important to remember that doctors recommended doing at least 20 minutes of exercise per day 5 days in a week for a healthy lifestyle.

I have been doing this routine for a while, what I have observed is that it is better to take breaks between days and do different routines instead of boring your body with the same one every single time you exercise.

What I do is 20 reps of any exercise, it can be for lower or upper abs such as: single and double leg drop, Russian twists, starfish, reverse crunch, heel touch, toe touch crunch, bicycle, knee to elbow crunch, v-crunch, v-sit pulses, full sit ups, side oblique crunch… immediately after these, do 20 crunches. Afterwards, change exercise and repeat the 20 crunches, this will strengthen what you have just made in the other exercise . Do at least 5 series of these and your abs will be burning!

Alternate your routine and personalize it, you can do up to ten series for a better image.
