5 Tips to have a better sleep
HAVE A SHOWER
This might not apply for everyone because some preferer to shower in the morning, but doing this can help you fall asleep better, it regulates your body temperature. Relax with a warm shower or a refreshing one if it’s summer.
STOP USING ELECTRONICS 2 HOURS BEFORE
It’s proven that the blue and white light that phones, laptops and other electronics have, give a signal to the brain that it’s not time to sleep. So, don’t think that you’re going to fall asleep right away. I’m not saying that you have to exactly stop using your electronics 2 hours before, try at least 30 minutes before going to bed and instead of it, you could read a book.
CHAMOMILE TEA
About a month ago a friend wrote a blog about the benefits of this tea, it doesn’t have any caffeine and it relaxes your brain, perfect before going to bed.
EAT SMALL
Avoid having for dinner heavy food because it can disturb you during your sleep time. Try having dinner as earlier as you can so your digestion stars before you go to bed. You could have something light like fruit, cereal or a sandwich.
FOLLOW YOUR NATURAL SCHEDULE
Once in a while it’s good to let your body wake up alone, most of the time we wake up with an alarm clock, feeling we need more time to sleep. Try once a week doing this, you will feel you recovered all the hours you missed during the week.
