Songs of the Summer
I don't know about you but I’m really into finding new music to listen to and getting the latest releases by artists I love. So here are some of the latest songs I’ve been listening to this summer that I think you will all enjoy:
1. John Mayer - New Light
The legend is back at it and we couldn't be more happy and excited. This song is definitely a must and if you haven't yet given it a listen I definitely recommend you to do so. You’ll want to get up and start dancing in the moon as soon as you listen to it. And while you’re at it… go watch the music video (you won’t regret it).
2. Sangria Wine - Pharrell Williams, Camila Cabello
What we really needed but weren’t aware of it. Pharrell does it once again and amazes us with his amazing work. He’s well known for collaborating with all of our favorite musicians and it was time for him to work with Camila.
3. Shawn Mendes
No song in specific because his full third studio album is out and all of his songs are driving us insane. Along with all of his new collaborations, Shawn brings us light to our dark with his meaningful and true songs that makes us all fall in love with him. I've been listening to it non-stop (and I'm not exaggerating) and can't wait to hear all of them live.
4. Girls Like You - Maroon 5, Cardi B
This song just recently came out and we’re already bopping to it. Being released along with a music video, this song is already hitting the charts. I guess there's nothing else to say, it's Maroon 5!!! Of course you should be already listening to it.
5. One Kiss - Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa
Definitely the song of the summer. No description needed, if you haven’t listened to it yet you probably live under a rock. It’s the type of song you only need to listen to it once and you’ll have it stuck in your head for like a week.
6. Back To You - Selena Gomez
Selena's new single for her Netflix series, 13 reasons why, got all of us very excited for the long awaited album. Although not much has been said we’re already waiting for it anxiously. The video for this song is also coming real soon and it looks like it’s really good.
7. Lovely - Billie Eilish, Khalid
2017 top rising artists join together to create the perfect song for all of us. Although this song is more on the calmer side, it's a song we're all here for. Blessing us all with their vocals and harmonies, Billie and Khalid got us all on our knees.
8. Home With You - Madison Beer
This song has been on my playlist since it came out, and seeing that it's getting some of the attention it deserves makes me real happy. If you haven't, give it a listen and let your ears get carried away by this bop. Give it the attention it deserves!
